Tickets Refunds Policy:

We understand that plans may change, and we want to provide you with our cancellation policy to ensure a transparent and fair process. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for theatre tickets:

Refund Percentage:
- A 75% refund will be issued for cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled performance date - This is to cover administrative cost of ticket sales provider (Humantix) - The OTP absorb all administrative fees.
Cut-off Period:
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled performance date.
Cancellation Process:
- Tickets are cancelled using the Humantix ticket service for an automated process
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will only be considered for cancellations made within the specified timeframe
Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
Cancellation by the Organiser:
- In the unlikely event that a performance is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Rescheduling:
