Topics covered
- Day One focuses on organisational readiness, starting with an assessment of what strengths your organisation already has. We then consider issues of organisational culture, links between outcome measurement and strategy, the language of outcomes measurement, the fit between outcomes measurement and evaluation, leadership, stakeholder engagement, outcomes measurement frameworks, and ethics. Day One starts the journey of developing tools for outcomes measurement including program logic, qualitative and quantitative methods and data analysis.
- On Day Two, we dive deeper into our outcomes measurment tool box and also examine outcomes reporting, communication and learning. We then undertake a review of approaches to evaluation including impact and process evaluation and economic evaluation.
