The Melbourne Wranglers are an all inclusive Olympic freestyle wrestling club who provide a safe space for queer people to participate in the niche sport of wrestling in Australia. Some of the Wranglers’ finest will be acting as referees for the mats and providing wrestling demonstrations to kick off the night.
Hosted by wrestling fanatic Moxie Delite, with shows from the Melbourne Wranglers and Randy Roy! Featuring wrestling match MC Andrew Rose!
Doors from 8pm, shows and wrestling from 8:30pm to 11pm.
Wheat Wine and Whiskey are open from 11:30am on Saturdays with the kitchen open until 9:30pm!
Accessibility:
Outlast is a mask encouraged event (excluding those with medical exemptions, those who are unable to mask or are in a wrestling match). P2/N95 masks recommended. We strongly recommend the use of masks to keep the community safe and will look at using air purifiers for the show. Each floor includes gender neutral bathrooms. The ground floor is accessible for mobility aid users. The lounge and downstairs areas are accessed by a flight of stairs. The first show will take place on the ground floor, with the remaining shows all taking place downstairs. Strobe lighting will not be used at our show.
This event is held on the lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to the elders past and present, and extend that respect to any Indigenous people who will be joining us for Outlast. Discounted tickets available for mob.
This was, and always will be, Aboriginal Land.
