Description

This comprehensive, three-hour course to enhance their skills and confidence in overcoming difficult intravenous (IV) cannulation situations.

This course will equip you with practical techniques, tips, and strategies to improve your ability to successfully insert that difficult IV.

The course is interactive and will cover:

  • The difficult IV – predicting, preparing, and optimising for success
  • Ultrasound guided IV access – with practical skills session (dependant on availability of equipment)
  • Intra osseous access – group discussion and practical skills session using EZIO and custom 3D printed bones.
