This ‘Lunch and Learn’ online short course aims to support CEOs, Housing Officers and Housing Managers in understanding the legal framework for property management in Queensland. This includes an overview of the rights and obligations of tenants and landlords, dispute resolution mechanisms, and termination procedures. It will also highlight recent changes to tenancy laws.
