Preventing Sexual Harassment, Discrimination and Bullying for All Staff
This ‘Lunch and Learn’ online short course aims to provide all employees with better insight into how they can contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free work environment. The course provides an overview of the legal framework and the rights and responsibilities of all workers to contribute to a safe and inclusive workplace. Employees will gain insight into the negative impact of discrimination, bullying, and harassment on individuals, teams, and the organisation. The course also discusses strategies for creating a respectful and inclusive work environment, including promoting open communication, fostering empathy, and challenging inappropriate behaviour.
