    Event description

Welcome to the Happy Hormones event hosted by Ovie. We're excited to bring this community together to share our knowledge and expertise in women's hormonal health. While Ovie primarily focuses on PCOS healthcare, this event will cover a wide range of topics, including cycle changes, hormonal acne, mood changes, and much more. Feel free to invite your friends, even if they don't have PCOS; our mission is to empower women to learn more about their bodies.

Do you struggle with hormonal imbalances and find yourself constantly battling with the symptoms? We've been there too! Our founder, Clare Goodwin, has specialised in PCOS for the past 10 years following her own diagnosis. Clare wanted to help and educate others about PCOS so they wouldn't have to endure the same struggles she did. After all these years, Clare aimed to create accessible tools and support for those with PCOS – that's where Ovie comes in.

Through our in-depth questionnaire, you'll discover precisely what's driving your PCOS and receive a personalised program tailored to your symptoms and goals. What's even better is that you don't have to face this journey alone. We're proud of our supportive Ovie community, where wonderful people from across the globe come together to connect. That's why we want to bring our amazing Auckland community together for 'Happy Hormones.'

This event is going to be a beautiful 45-min morning pilates/yoga flow followed by a light breakfast and a talk by our founder and hormone specialist, Clare Goodwin on the signs and symptoms of unhappy hormones and how to fix them.
