Feel free to invite your friends, even if they don't have PCOS; our mission is to empower women to learn more about their bodies.

Our founder, Clare Goodwin, has specialised in PCOS for the past 10 years following her own diagnosis. Clare wanted to help and educate others about PCOS so they wouldn't have to endure the same struggles she did. After all these years, Clare aimed to create accessible tools and support for those with PCOS – that's where Ovie comes in.

This event is going to be a beautiful 45-min morning pilates/yoga flow followed by a light breakfast and a talk by our founder and hormone specialist, Clare Goodwin on the signs and symptoms of unhappy hormones and how to fix them.
