As you are guided on a sensory journey of breath, sound, colour and frequency through the use of ox*gen breath movements therapeutic techniques.

This will be a three hour evening session , where you can take the time for you to switch off from the outside world and really tune into and explore your own inner world.

Whitney is an Ox-Gen Breathwork Facilitator, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Fitness Coach, weaving soul and science to help individuals reclaim their sense of self-empowerment, cultivate self-love and return to true health ~ wholeness. With a combined 11 years personal and professional experience she has been able to transform not only her own life but support and witness profound healing and transformations within the clients she works with.

Rawinia Mackey, a fully certified Ox Gen Breath Movement facilitator, Sound therapist and Angelic reiki practitioner that intertwines with the Breath experience. A mother of 4, lover of music, joy and authentic connection. Rawinia has been in the fitness world for 15 years , she has semi retired for now. Her passion is to help people discover the magic within.
