    It encompasses a series of unique breathing exercises for optimum health and sports performance. The exercises focus on two pillars: functional breathing and simulation of high-altitude training. 

    During  this Oxygen Advantage workshop we will be focusing on the Oxygen Advantage two pillars:

    FUNCTIONAL BREATHING TRAINING

    •Strengthen your core

    •Get deep, restful sleep

    •Calm your mind for laser focus

    •SIMULATION OF ALTITUDE TRAINING

    •Recover faster after training

    •Delay lactic acid and fatigue

    •Strengthen your breathing muscles

    •Improve repeated sprint ability

    •Enhance performance, safely and legally

    You will learn your B.O.L.T. score - Body Oxygen Level Test and your Maximum breath hold test. Based on your B.O.L.T score you will be prescribed breathing exercises to increase your chemo-sensitivity to CO2.

    There will be opportunities to experience Simulated Altitude Training challenges along the way!

    This workshop is for avid gym goers, the weekend warrior, runners, swimmers, cyclists, athletes, Sporting Clubs and Organisations, Elite Junior and Senior Athletes and anyone who is looking to get a mental and physical edge in their chosen sport and even life itself!

    To conclude the workshop, cold water immersion (ice baths) guided by an internationally accredited Ice Bath Coach will test your breath and mind connection to control deliberate exposure to a stressful environment, and your journey into all aspects of the breath is complete!
