Coast and cellar come together for an intimate masterclass celebrating the Great Southern's renowned Rieslings and freshly shucked Leeuwin Coast Albany Rock Oysters, overlooking the ocean at Albany's Historic Whaling Station. Hosted by Emma Farrelly, State Buildings Director of Wine, alongside the 'Oyster King' Jerry Fraser, discover the art of pairing these regional favourites.

Explore six Rieslings and learn how the Great Southern's cool climate and rugged coastline shape the wines and seafood that make this region so distinctive.

Your ticket includes a guided masterclass featuring six Riesling tastings, oysters and a classic fish and chip cone to finish.
