Pacifically Silas
Description
From the islands of the Pacific to the shores of the Great Southern.
Join chef Silas for a long table lunch celebrating the flavours, stories and traditions of his Fijian heritage.
Born in Suva, Fiji, Silas discovered his love of cooking in his grandmother’s kitchen. Today, he brings those early influences to contemporary Australian cooking, creating vibrant dishes inspired by the Pacific’s fresh seafood, tropical fruits, fragrant citrus and aromatic herbs.
Settle in at Pepper & Salt for a seafood-focused menu celebrating the best of locally sourced produce, infused with the warmth and freshness of Pacific flavours. Between courses, hear Silas share stories of his heritage and the experiences that have shaped his culinary journey, accompanied by live music and wines from Forest Hill.
