Join me for a heart-opening midweek experience combining ceremonial cacao, active conscious breathing, and a soothing guided meditation to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and return to stillness.
We’ll begin by gently opening the space with cacao, known for its grounding and heart-centering properties. From there, you’ll be guided through a series of powerful conscious breath patterns to activate and release stored tension, followed by a deep meditation to integrate and restore.
Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected—ready to flow through the rest of your week with clarity and ease.

Hi, I’m Lauren—a qualified breathwork facilitator, hypnotherapist, and NLP practitioner. I guide people just like you through transformational breathwork journeys that blend science, somatics, and intuition.
My goal is to help you feel deeply supported and empowered to release what no longer serves you—so you can breathe into who you truly are.
