Pae Kōrero: Ngā Pūrākau o Tauranga Moana – Join us for this special Mahuru Māori edition of Pae Kōrero. The kaupapa for this session will feature local voices sharing the rich pūrākau (stories) and historical insights of Mauao and Ōtūmoetai. 

 Held at Te Ao Mārama - Tauranga Library, this kauhau (talk) brings together kaumātua, historians, researchers, and storytellers to wānanga (discuss) and kōrero about the whenua, the people, and the events that have shaped our rohe (region). Everyone is welcome to listen, learn, and contribute to the preservation of our local history through kōrero tuku iho (stories of the past).
