Paint and sip, but with some Books & Chooks sparkle ✨

Okay chooks, this one’s a bit different! Pages to Poses is a night of live life drawing, storytelling and connection. Idge will read passages from some of our favourite books, and our live model will bring each one to life in a pose for you to sketch. Every pose tells a story, and you get to capture it.

No art skills needed, we promise! Whether you haven’t picked up a pencil since high school or you draw every day, this night is all about having a go, having a giggle and meeting some new girls.

Why we're doing this

We started Books & Chooks because we wanted to go to the kinds of events we couldn’t find, and we’ve loved watching our book club girls become real friends. Pages to Poses is our next little experiment.... a creative, low-pressure night to switch off, try something new and leave with a few new besties.

• This is an 18+ event featuring a nude life model

• BYO drinks & nibbles welcome, and we’ll have the glasses and mixers ready

• The venue is fully accessible, with plenty of parking on site

• Come solo or bring your sisters, besties or work wives. This night is all about connection, and we’ll make sure nobody feels left out!

We know things come up! If your plans change, you're welcome to cancel your tickets for a full refund—just make sure it's at least 7 days before the event.

For cancellations made within 7 days of the event, we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund, as numbers and bookings are already finalised by that point.
