Event description

About the Class

Participants will join Munawara Sultana and learn to tandoori-style roast chicken and vegetables the way they make it in her home country of Pakistan! Enjoy cooking and learning in a fun and friendly environment over a cup of tea and light snacks. Participants are encouraged to bring their own containers for leftover food!

About the Instructor

Munawara Sultana is an expert home cook who loves to share the food and culinary knowledge of her homeland. When she is not cooking up tasty food for family and friends, she works at Stitch Buffalo and as an interpreter for the International Institute of Buffalo.
