PARENTING SESSIONS - Empowering and supporting parents & caregivers to understand the growth and development of their young children (birth - 5years) - with Jordan from Connect.Ed.

Suitable for all parents and caregivers.

• Babies are welcome 
• Please book a ticket for every person attending. 
• Creche spaces are available at no cost, please register interest in creche, you will be contacted to confirm your place, these are not guaranteed upon booking.

What to expect:

Sleep challenges are common in childhood, but there are ways to support healthy sleep habits while maintaining a strong, connected relationship with your child. This workshop will explore:

• How sleep develops in young children
• Common sleep difficulties and what they mean
• Practical strategies to support better sleep
• Creating a calm and predictable bedtime routine

If bedtime struggles are a challenge in your home, or you simply want to learn more about how to support your child’s sleep in a responsive and nurturing way, this session will provide the tools and knowledge to help.
