What to expect:

Sleep challenges are common in childhood, but there are ways to support healthy sleep habits while maintaining a strong, connected relationship with your child. This workshop will explore:

How sleep develops in young children
Common sleep difficulties and what they mean
Practical strategies to support better sleep
Creating a calm and predictable bedtime routine

If bedtime struggles are a challenge in your home, or you simply want to learn more about how to support your child’s sleep in a responsive and nurturing way, this session will provide the tools and knowledge to help.
