We are thrilled to invite you to our first Parent Wellness Series, a wonderful collaboration with MAMAWEST! Join us in their beautiful workshop space for a monthly gathering where parents can come together to focus on health, wellbeing, and connection.

What to Expect:
- Wellness Talks & Reflections:
Based on feedback from our first session, many of you expressed interest in identifying triggers and implementing strategies that work for you. In these sessions, we’ll explore:
✨ The Circle of Security framework – learning how to "be with" uncomfortable emotions, both our children’s and our own.
✨ Movement as a tool for emotional release – shifting states to support your wellbeing as a parent.
What to Bring:
- Your own yoga mat.
- A journal and pen for reflections.
About the Host:
Hi, I’m Melissa, the founder of The Shift Holistic Wellbeing, a social enterprise inspired by my personal journey with mental health challenges as a new parent.
This workshop series is designed to encourage reflection, normalize conversations about parent's wellbeing, and equip you with practical tools for self-care.
As parents, the demands of household, work, and family can quickly become overwhelming, leaving little room for our own wellbeing. Together, we’ll explore ways to nurture our mental and physical health, understand factors that impact us, and practice techniques like breathwork and gentle movement to reconnect with our bodies and release tension.
