I have designed Partner Yoga Date Night specifically to offer an opportunity for couples to spend quality time together, intertwined in beautiful yin yoga holds, fun hatha-vinyasa flows, mindfulness practice and meaningful connection that crosses mind, body and soul!
Why not make the most of your date night by completing it with a romantic dinner out or snuggle in to a quiet one at home. Either way, Partner Yoga Date Night will leave you feeling more alive, more centred, and more connected with your self & your lover!
This is suitable for couples of most ages, shapes, sizes and abilities.
If you can sit on the floor, you can enjoy Partner Yoga Date Night! You do not need previous yoga experience. Make this the date night experience to remember!

A little bit about me: I am loving building a life that I love waking up to every day! I am a mother of 4 not so little babes, multi business owner/entrepreneur, I am a latin dancer, and am called to teach and guide. I have been on a health and wellness journey my whole life when doctors couldn't help me find health. Yoga is what I go to to find my self. Yoga is the answer! I am a qualified Level 1 yoga instructor in hatha-vinyasa, yin, power and restorative yoga. I am an embodiment life coach, where I support and guide people to uncover and heal the unhealthy beliefs that keep them in negative cycles, to help them find their inner power and voice to live to their full potential and be their true self!
