Pass the Plot
Description
What happens when readers become crime writers?
In this fast-paced, highly interactive workshop, participants work in small groups to build an original murder mystery under the guidance of three Sisters in Crime, Lisa Ellery, Dee Page and Dawn Farnham.
Working against the clock, each group creates a victim, develops suspects, introduces unexpected twists and finally solves a crime that has been shaped by other participants along the way.
Part creative writing workshop, part literary game and part behind-the-scenes masterclass, Pass the Plot aims to show how crime writers think, plot and misdirect—while inviting readers to experience the process for themselves.
No writing experience is required—just curiosity and imagination. Suitable for readers, aspiring writers and anyone who has ever tried to solve a whodunnit before the detective.
