Rhi is a certified Somatic Coach, Reiki Master and Yin Yoga teacher.

She works with women who feel things deeply, who've spent years trying to keep up, fit in, or hold it all together, and who are ready to come back to themselves and experience life more fully.

Rhi takes a slow, grounded and deeply personal approach to her work. Each session follows what's present, with curiosity and openness. She works with your body's natural rhythms, process and capacity, trusting that your body already knows the way, when given enough space and stability to find it.

Her intention is to meet you where you are. Not to fix or diagnose, but to support you in cultivating the inner steadiness to ride the waves of life, and to reconnect with your own humanness along the way. To relate to yourself, and your life experiences with a little more curiosity, lightness, playfulness and a little less judgment. So that life starts to feel less like something to manage, and more like something you're actually in.
