Event description

A moment to pause and reset. In Yin we hold each pose for 3-5 minutes where we find stillness in each stretch and focus on reconnecting to your body, mind, and breath.

Yin yoga poses support the nourishing, circulating, and balancing of your qi (energy). These poses offer a moment to slow down and move mindfully with compassion.

These classes are a healing blend of mindful meditation, breath awareness, slow freeflow movement, yin poses and reiki.

All classes are beginner friendly with an emphasis on connecting with your body to see what feels right for you in your practice.

Spots are limited. These classes are held weekly on both Saturday 8am-9am and Sunday 4pm-5pm.

All equipment is provided. Feel free to bring your own if preferred.
