Pearl Masters Dining Experience
Event description
As part of the Shinju Matsuri Festival team Oyster Bar has created a menu that represents Broome's rich pearling days and the multicultural people that heavily influenced the towns cuisine from the early 1900’s onwards.
Our menu has been inspired by the Malay, Chinese and Japanese cuisines with locally sourced produce that respects those early pioneering years.
Join us for a pearling masters dinner as we attempt to recreate the sophistication and glamour of those balmy evenings when luggers returned with their bounty and the town celebrated.
Of course a special occasion like this needs live music and who better than the lovely Jaime Jackett and her band of 5 playing who are set to play a selection of modern day popular tunes made over in a swingin' roaring 20's jazz style.
Tickets are available for 23 and 30 August, 5pm and 8pm sittings
Tickets include an exclusive set menu with matching wines.
Our team will be dressed in true Great Gatsby style and we invite you to join our game.
