🌟🌟Saturday Mornings 6:00am - 7:00am🌟🌟
Come join the coolest community in town and start your weekend off feeling fresh and focussed.
Weekly meet ups for everyone and anyone. Prior basic experience with Breathwork and cold exposure is recommended.
I will guide you straight into the breathwork, into the ice bath, and then on with your day.
There is always the option for a coffee, cocoa or tea after if you're feeling it at the local.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Comfortable clothing
- Towel
- Swimmers
- Water bottle
- Good vibes
Tickets are limited due to capacity limits, so book ahead to avoid bitter cold disappointment! 🥶
