Perspective with Robert Jackson
Event description
Time and Relative Dimensions in Space
This is a one day workshop aimed at emerging artists who would like to learn the basics of perspective. This class is suitable for Adult Artists but if you have a keen mature youth please call 0456 162 522 and we can discuss. The world, as we perceive it, is part of a multi-dimension multiverse, replete with infinites and infinitesimals. How do we represent this on a piece of paper?
Answer; by the use of perspective.
In this class we will discover stuff about horizons, vanishing points, shadows and reflections. We will provide some paper and drawing materials, but please feel free to bring your own medium(s) of choice and an easel if you have one!
While tickets are free, there are limited places so please book carefully.
The Geeveston Art Show's Artist Development Programme is proudly sponsored by Bendigo's Community Bank Huon Valley and is run to provide local artists and aspiring artists the chance to explore their passion. We encourage you to head to Community Bank Huonville's Socials and give them a like, for funding this programme! Please note that locals (Huon Valley) will be given priority for tickets.
Robert Jackson will be leading the workshop.
