We call on all leaders to collaborate in advancing our calls to action: setting gender-balanced targets for all organisations, investing in diverse, gender-balanced talent pipelines, and building inclusive, flexible, and respectful workplaces for everyone.
Join us for an evening of celebration, as we raise funds on the night to support the ongoing development of a gender balanced leadership pipeline through our ongoing leadership development, and education of women across Australia. With a goal of raising over $300,000 nationally, these funds will support our scholarships program which has now been in place for over 30 years.
Perth keynote: Sonja Vodusek
CEW member Sonja Vodusek brings more than 25 years of international experience in the global luxury hospitality industry. She first joined The Peninsula Hotels as Hotel Manager at The Peninsula New York in 2010 and relocated to Manila as General Manager in 2011 before joining The Peninsula Tokyo in 2015. Sonja has been at the helm of The Peninsula London as Managing Director since 2020, leading the preparations for the opening of the hotel and residences. Sonja holds a Walpole Professorship for Regent’s University London.
