Perth, Chats, Cheese and Wine: Stop Fixing; They're Not Broken
Event description
Understanding that best intentions sometimes drive us to help others, often in the wrong ways. So often we want to fix, in order to relieve the pain we see in others, and our discomfort. We will explore how the constant “fixing” and “telling” ultimately rob others of the opportunity to build resilience and resourceful strategies.
As leaders and team players we are keen to develop the skills to empower others and help those around us be the best versions of themselves. Believing people are not broken frees us to support and uplift them without trying to 'fix' them. If this resonates with you, we welcome you to join us in this open, deep conversation. We will share the times when advice was not what we needed, and consider the experiences that foster a space for growth, acceptance, mutual understanding and empowerment.
If you have been looking to connect more deeply with other business and professional women, this conversational event is for you.
Book today as the event is limited to 16 business women. Chatham House rules apply. What is said or happens, stays in the space.
