Palate Cleanser:

• Mixed berry sorbet with crème de cassis & Cooloola berries (GF, DF)

Main Course:

• Wagyu beef tenderloin (Claremont Pastural Farm) with potato-parsnip purée, charred asparagus, grilled Morton Bay bug & fresh béarnaise sauce (gf)
• For non-red meat, a grilled Coral Coast barramundi fillet will be served

Dessert:

• Passionfruit chocolate tower with Hinterland passionfruit compote & Cooloola mixed berry salsa
