Immerse yourself in a morning of mindful movement and transformative breath. Join us at Common Circus for a specially curated Sunday event that harmonises the active body with a calm mind.
Together, we'll explore the revitalising power of 45 minutes of invigorating Mat Pilates, followed by 45 minutes of deep Breathwork. This unique combination is designed to activate your body and mind, leaving you feeling calm, centred, and truly revitalised as you finish your week.

Upon Arrival: There is a parking lot next to the cafe. Please use the metal stairs in the carpark to enter the building, as we will be located above the cafe.
The cafe will be open downstairs if you would like to get any food and drinks before or after the session.
