In this process we come together to act as a group portal for incoming evolutionary / higher-vibrational light.

We use toning, visualisation, breath and active meditation to take us into a higher-vibrational state and bring us as a group into unity consciousness. Ultimately we reach a point where evolutionary light can overflow down us as an anchored channel into the earth. This is a powerful as a group, even for a short time. We then go into group toning or 'sacred sounding' together for the last 20-30 minutes.

I believe this process as an ascension tool (and helpful in grounding/centreing during chaos). I've run these groups in various locations over the last twelve years.

Hanging Rock Hall has such great acoustics - I'm looking forward to experiencing toning/meditation with you there!

I'll include practice scanning our bodies for our own optimum chakra pitches and/or a brief intro in making vocal harmonics (to enhance the healing effects of our voices) before we start.

This will be a series of six sessions, fortnightly through late September, October and early November.
