Media coverage is one of the best ways to raise your profile and reach potential customers, partners, and collaborators! At this in-person PR workshop hosted on Historic Jefferson Street, attendees will gain expert insights into how to amplify your brand, passion, and artistic vision to your community through earned media. Speaker Monchiere’ Holmes-Jones, Chief Curator + CEO of MOJO Marketing + PR, will share her comprehensive knowledge on communicating to multiple levels of media with a focus on organic growth of your brand.

LOCATION & PARKING

The building is located at 946 Jefferson Street, Nashville, TN 37208. Please use the studio entrance on the side of the building on 10th Ave N. 

Free parking is available in a lot around the back of the building. The driveway into the lot is on Rev Doc Enoch Jones Blvd, off 10th Ave N.

If the lot is full, continue one block north on 10th Ave N and turn right onto Scovel St. The entrance to the lot is the first driveway on your right.

Stephanie Pruett-Gaines
Poet, Arts Advocate + Social Enterprise Entrepreneur

Stephanie Pruitt-Gaines gets happy dance excited about font selections in Canva, birdwatching with her dogs, and a well-composed sandwich. The native Nashvillian also really digs art, community wellness, and education. As a poet and social practice artist, she's created a 10,000 square foot multi-sensory poem, and lead book, event, and installation collaborations with baseball teams, prison inmates, municipalities, grouchy elders, and major corporations. The former university professor and TEDx speaker was named one of Essence Magazine's "40 Favorite Poets" alongside Lucille Clifton and Sonia Sanchez. Stephanie adores messy first drafts and is honored to hold space for grownups to explore their curiosity and playfulness while building creative confidence at her new venue, The Creativity Bar.
