April 2026 Luncheon - Florence Osteria

Join us in the heart of Beverly Grove at Florence Osteria for our April event!

Mix and mingle with the travel industry's best while you enjoy Tuscany’s finest with Florence Osteria's curated menu crafted to deliver an unforgettable Italian dining experience.

Be sure to reserve your spot early—this event will fill up fast!

• Member RSVPs will open at 9 am PST on Thursday, April 2nd.

• Guest RSVPs will open at 9 am PST on Monday, April 6th.

• Non-members must have an attending Member host sponsor in order to RSVP.

TWO guests per Member.

NOTE:  New PLA rules effective May 1, 2025 and going forward: 

• NON-member Supplier guests are limited to attending four PROST LA luncheons per year (which includes the December PLA Holiday gala).  This does not apply to our Supplier colleagues who are on the PLA Supplier Membership Waitlist, nor does it apply to our Travel Advisor non-member guests.

• Supplier PLA Members who RSVP and intend to invite guests are respectfully strongly encouraged to invite at least one Travel Advisor guest (who can be members or non-members).

Venue: We'll be dining indoors.

Parking: Valet parking is available for $15, but limited. We would highly recommend using the plenty of metered street parking on Beverly Blvd.

Choice of Appetizer -

• Tomato Bruschetta - Ciabatta, Cherry Tomatoes, Burrata

•  Hummus - Pita Chip, Sumac

Choice of Main -

• Vegan Pasta Bolognese (VG) - Red Lentil Pasta, Mushrooms, Tomato, Carrot, Onion and Garlic

• Wagyu Burger with Fries - 8oz American Wagyu, Provolone Cheese, Grilled Onion, Lettuce, Tomato, Aioli, Steak Cut Fries

• Scaloppina al Limone - Jidori Chicken Breast, Lemon Sauce, Sauteed Spinach

Choice of Dessert -

• Tiramisu - Soaked Cacao Sponge Cake, Espresso, and Mascarpone Cream

• Olive Oil Cake - Italian Olive Oil Cake Served with Whipped Mascarpone

PRICING FOR THIS EVENT:

• $90 per person for all PROST Los Angeles 2026 Members

• $95 per person for Travel Advisor Non-Members.

• $125 per person for Vendor/Supplier Non-Members.

Friendly Reminders:

• This event platform is self-serve! If you need to cancel your spot, you can do yourself directly from your email confirmation, as long as it's before 12 pm PST the Monday prior to our event. Click Manage Order from your email confirmation, then follow the steps to cancel your ticket. After that time, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• IF you RSVP twice, please process one as a cancellation using the steps noted above. Or let us know so we can assist you. Our chapter is charged fees if you file a dispute with your credit card company.

• We are unable to offer refunds after 12 pm on Monday prior to our event as we will have already committed to your spot. Thanks for your understanding!

• Please note that if you choose the incorrect ticket category (i.e. a supplier registers as a travel advisor), your ticket will be canceled.  There are a certain number of supplier and travel advisor spots so we can ensure the correct balance of attendees for our host hotels.  If we do not do this, we will not have venues that want to host our group. 

• If the correct ticket category for your company type is sold out, please add yourself to the waitlist. We will process the waitlist in the order received, so the sooner you are on the list, the better chances you will have of getting in to the event.
