Friendly Reminders:

This event platform is self-serve! If you need to cancel your spot, you can do yourself directly from your email confirmation, as long as it's before 12 pm PST the Monday prior to our event. Click Manage Order from your email confirmation, then follow the steps to cancel your ticket. After that time, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

IF you RSVP twice, please process one as a cancellation using the steps noted above. Or let us know so we can assist you. Our chapter is charged fees if you file a dispute with your credit card company.
We are unable to offer refunds after 12 pm on Monday prior to our event as we will have already committed to your spot. Thanks for your understanding!
Please note that if you choose the incorrect ticket category (i.e. a supplier registers as a travel advisor), your ticket will be canceled. There are a certain number of supplier and travel advisor spots so we can ensure the correct balance of attendees for our host hotels. If we do not do this, we will not have venues that want to host our group.
If the correct ticket category for your company type is sold out, please add yourself to the waitlist. We will process the waitlist in the order received, so the sooner you are on the list, the better chances you will have of getting in to the event.

PROST, Cheers and Warm Regards,
