Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful, therapeutic practice that helps you release stress, shift limiting patterns, and reconnect with yourself in a deeply embodied way.
In this 2.5-hour guided session, you’ll use the breath to:
Gently release stored tension, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm
