Join us for a transformative and joy-filled workshop called "Play," where we will embark on a magical journey of self-discovery through dancing with our inner child. This immersive experience will combine the power of breathwork, voice activation, meditation, and shamanic journeying to unlock the playful essence within us and reconnect with our authentic selves.

In this workshop, we will create a safe and nurturing space where participants can explore their inner landscapes and tap into the wellspring of creativity and freedom that resides within each of us. Through a series of guided exercises and playful techniques, we will delve into the realm of childlike wonder, allowing ourselves to let go of inhibitions and embrace the pure joy of self-expression.

Breathwork will be a central component of this workshop, as we use conscious breathing techniques to release stagnant energy and open ourselves up to a deeper connection with our bodies and emotions. Through this breathwork, we will invite our inner child to come out and play, shedding the layers of adulthood and embracing a sense of lightness and spontaneity.

No prior experience in breathwork is required to participate in this workshop.
