Join a vibrant community of artists for a weekend of fresh air, heritage charm, and creative inspiration in the heart of the Wheatbelt. Whether you are a seasoned professional or an enthusiastic beginner, Plein Air Beverley invites you to step outside the studio and capture the unique character of our historic town.

The Weekend Experience

• Friday Evening: Kick off the weekend at our 'Meet & Greet' at the Beverley Station grounds. Enjoy nibbles and drinks with fellow painters before heading off to dinner at one of our local historic hotels.

• Saturday – Town Scenes: We’ll be focusing our easels on the main street of Beverley. Capture the vintage shopfronts, Art Deco architecture, and the bustling energy of a country town.

• Sunday – Avondale Historic Farm: Spend the day at the stunning Avondale Farm. From wide vistas and rolling hills to heritage-listed homesteads and rustic machinery, it’s a landscape painter’s paradise.

Important Details for Attendees

• Self-Directed & Relaxed: This is a self-directed weekend. We provide the hubs and the locations; you provide the creativity!

• Accommodation: Beverley offers a range of stays from the refurbished Freemasons Tavern and Hotel Beverley to modern council cabins and the central caravan park. Book early to secure your spot!

• BYO Gear: Please bring all your own painting supplies, as art store facilities will not be available on-site this year.

• Small Town Charm: Remember that Beverley is a quiet country town—most shops close at noon on Saturday. Be sure to stock up on supplies or lunch items early!

Note on Dogs: While we love our furry friends, please note they are restricted at Avondale Farm and must be leashed at the Station.
