The Challenge

Work as a project team to move through different project stages, tackle challenges, share resources and complete milestone checks.

But reaching the finish line isn't enough.

Your team must make sure all the required project work is completed, resources are managed effectively and key project decisions are made along the way to successfully deliver the project.

Throughout the challenge, you'll put practical project management skills into action — balancing competing priorities, responding to change and working together as a team to keep your project on track.

What will you learn?

By the end of the workshop, participants will have explored practical project management skills including:

• Resource management and allocation
• Decision-making and prioritisation
• Risk and change management
• Strategic planning and problem-solving
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Project lifecycle and milestone management

And there's more...

Play to learn. Play to win.

Teams will compete for prizes, and every participant who completes the workshop will receive a Project Management: Game On! digital badge.

Whether you're new to project management, studying it, working on projects already, or love a good challenge, this is project management learning with a twist.

Play the game. Take on the challenge. Build real project skills.
