Best-known for her fiction, international award-winning poet Lee Murray facilitates a virtual workshop for writers of prose and poetry, offering recipes for conjuring poems from fiction, breathing new life into old narratives using poetic forms, and revealing how to sharpen your prose with poetic expression.

    Format

    This is an online workshop with a focus on craft; it will be hosted via Zoom. This workshop is suitable for writers of all levels and writing backgrounds to attend.

    Lee Murray is a multi-award-winning author, editor, essayist, poet, and screenwriter from Aotearoa, and a USA Today Bestselling author. Her country's only recipient of the Shirley Jackson Award, Lee is a five-time Bram Stoker Award® winner, a NZSA Honorary Literary Fellow, a Grimshaw Sargeson Fellow, and NZSA Laura Solomon Cuba Press Prize winner.
