    Event description

    W E L C O M E !
Come on in, let us surrender to the enchantment and mystery of this creative space. We shall feast as we do on delicious and nourishing home made food, sip on refreshing herbal iced tea, lovingly crafted just for this evening Be serenaded by gorgeous Leah Miche who has her own solo thing going on and also is half of popular and so fun Fourth State Turiya. Without bellies, happy and full, we shall settle into listening to this incredible community and sharing one of your own poems, stories or songs or one that really resonates and feels worth sharing here and now.

These evenings together are a beautiful time. There is innate healing, joy and uniqueness within this offering. We are keen to share another with you. They have all felt like that, and the feeling grows, so thank you!

I really want to reiterate, that you do not have to get up and share to be a part of this evening, listening and witnessing is an important role.

     Why Ether?
Well we have been moving through the elements for these offerings and we have arrived at our final one, its perfect because Leahs music is ethereal and so soothing in its spaciousness, not to mention the wisdom laced throughout her lyrics

Magic, mystery, the invisible threads, spaciousness and space come to mind when I think of this element. What about you, what does the element Ether feel like to you? This can be a theme to inspire your sharings if you choose to share, but all other themes are welcome, I just provide this to anchor the evening and some people appreciate a boundary or challenge to work with. How the evening goes? This is an Open Mic for poetry, story and song. A feature artist will thread the evening together as we listen and perhaps feel inspired to share ourselves…

Meal and tea included in ticket
Chairs and floor cushions to sit on, BYO extra cushion is encouraged

Doors open at 6pm and shut at 6:30pm

    Parking at Feld
Little leaf co sign is where you turn in, you can park out the front of the pet shop next door, but do not go through the gate into the back as they will want to head home during the offering and your car could get locked in

Thoughts on having kids in the space?
So in truth this is a question mark for me, essentially these places are very vulnerable at times and I really want to hold space for that, for unfiltered poetry, be it sexual/erotic or heavy emotionally, when people are sharing these things it is important they feel heard and safe to do so. Sometimes there is swearing also. So with that, for now I want to leave it up to the parents, for the most part when people are sharing would your child be able to listen respectfully? Are you comfortable with the above mentioned potential elements of the evening? With that we have had people bring their kids along before and they have been keen to share. Currently I want to open the space to children, with respect and honour for the adults baring their soul at the same time.

Hoping this makes sense to everyone, open to discussion if you are unsure.
    LOVE LOVE LOVE
