Cost: $50/person +Booking Fee ($1.75)

This women's only retreat is open to all ages and abilities - it is the perfect opportunity to take time for yourself and set some positive intentions. 

Coordinated by the Port Mac Women Connect Team, and subsidized by community fundraising, this retreat provides a welcoming space to rest, rejuvenate, connect with others, and learn new strategies that support better mental and physical health.

What does the retreat include?

* Yoga - warming and restorative (suitable for beginners)

* Guided meditation

* Breathwork session

* Journaling session

* Essentail Oil Workshop 

* Mindfulness Art

* Lunch and afternoon tea including herbal teas and sweet treats! 

What do you need to bring?  

Yoga mat, blanket, bolster or cushion, towel, eye pillow & water bottle.

Do dress comfortably and warmly- think layers!
