Upon selling her business and relocating to Port Macquarie four years ago, Michelle has embraced the coastal lifestyle, becoming a regular at Town Beach, as a sunrise bodyboarder.
As well as connecting back to the ocean, she has also rekindled her artistic passions and become a dedicated ceramics sculptor. In addition to these personal pursuits, Michelle continues to teach Qigong and dance classes, contributing to the wellness of her community.

It helps focus the mind, reduce stress and tension, aiming to optimise energy flow (qi) within the body. Giving you a sense of a calm, relaxed and and uplifted spirit. What to bring?
