Post-school: parents talk about what’s next - Tue 26 Aug 7.30pm
Event description
If you have a young person with disability, you may be thinking about what options are available for their life after school.
Join Mandy Hose of Too Peas In A Podcast fame to hear from parents about the different pathways and options they’ve explored to create fulfilling and meaningful days for their children beyond school.
In this 90-minute parent panel discussion, you'll find out how they’ve managed and planned their young person’s next life stage and what it’s taken to get to this point.
Our panel will share their experiences of day services, supported employment, Certificate I level course at TAFE and microenterprise.
Don’t miss this great opportunity to get practical tips and insight from parents.
