The last Pleasure Pouring workshop was such a joy, I have been asked to run another one, and for longer. So here it is! 

Join me for a glorious day of PLEASURE! What better way to spend a Sunday, connecting, nourishing and enJOYing igniting more pleasure within

It’s time to ALLOW MORE PLEASURE into our lives…but first, let’s invite it into ourselves.

This sensory workshop is for women wanting to connect back more deeply to their feminine and explore ‘pleasure’ and how to embody and live with more pleasure.

We will use a number of therapeutic creative processes, art mediums, self-expression, and sound to generate an environment that enables you to tune into your senses and loosen up what needs to be freed so you can feel into your unique essence and ignite the flow of your connection to pleasure.

Please join me for a day of self-discovery, joy and fun, using expressive arts processes, mindfulness, meditation, inner creative journey, movement, nature and genuine connections and support. You will leave with multiple creations in both clay and paint.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Come with an open heart and mind and willingness to soften into and gently explore what gets your juices flowing to generate more pleasure in your life

HELEN BRADSHAW

Founder of Growth Through Art and Openhearted Women’s Network based on the Sunshine Coast, and she travels wherever her work is needed.

Helen is a Creative Mentor, Art Therapist and published Artist. She weaves together Art Therapies, creative expression, self-development, movement and mindfulness, therapeutically guiding people of all ages and abilities. She also draws on her own diverse life experience, to enhance her support and understanding of each participant’s personal journeys both individually and in a group setting. It is from this place that she initiates Growth Through Art.

Helen is dedicated to providing a safe, sacred and inspiring space where you will be guided on a ‘soul art adventure’ to express, explore, transform and become what you dream of! She works with you to gain new perspectives and self-discoveries, to transform old patterns of behaviour and ways of being that no longer serve you.

The fabulous part is, no art experience is needed, and it is fun! Helen gives you license to play!

She has extensive experience and understanding in using a wide variety of art mediums including nature and the innate quality of each medium to inspire self-exploration, expression, and insight.

Helen creates a space for self-reflection, empowering emotional, physical and spiritual freedom, in turn creating a strong foundation for you to connect and tune into your inner being growing feelings of confidence, self-acceptance and self-love. The power is in surrendering and trusting the process rather than ‘thinking’ or worrying about the end product. This concept is so liberating for all of us.

She is passionate about creatively connecting people with themselves and others; journeying together exploring life’s possibilities, igniting more self-expression, feeling seen, heard and valued!

Helen has over 30 years’ experience and offers individual Creative Mentoring sessions, workshops, programs and retreats.
