POW skill share olive preserving - Sunday 24 May

It's olive season! Our May skillshare will be how to preserve olives three different ways: water and brine, just brine and the dry salt method. Learn about the three different methods and have a go at doing each one yourself. Take away three batches of olives to finish off and enjoy at home.

When: Sunday May 24th, 2pm-3:30pm

Where: Seddon - private home. Details will be sent when you register

This event is free, but you will need to bring a couple of 2 litre plastic buckets, a clean cloth bag or old pillow slip and a kilo of salt. Olives will be provided.
