Powering Performance: Know your cost of production

How many cents does it cost you to produce 1kg of beef? Join Northern Tablelands Local Land Services and Bill Hoffman to find out how to benchmark your business performance.

Event details:

Join Northern Tablelands Local Land Services and Bill Hoffman for a workshop designed to help beef producers better understand the numbers driving business performance and profitability.

Cost of Production (CoP), measured in cents per kilogram of beef produced, is one of the most important indicators of enterprise performance. It provides a clear picture of what it costs your business to produce each kilogram of beef and allows you to benchmark your operation against industry standards and similar enterprises.

For producers looking to improve profitability, a strong understanding of the current financial and production performance of their business is essential. Calculating your cost of production is a valuable first step in identifying strengths, highlighting areas for improvement, and making informed management decisions.
