This workshop is suitable for small businesses and sole traders in any industry, as well as community groups and events. Even if you have no AI experience or you are tackling higher level issues - this session is for you.

About the Presenter
Matt Lucas
Matt Lucas owns and runs The Coffee Pedaler cafes in Tumut and Gundagai, where he's built the AI tools he actually uses to run the business day to day, not just talks about them. He also consults to other businesses to assist them in utilising AI to streamline their operations. Matt is the Chair of Destination Riverina Murray, sits on the NSW Tourism Association board and Business NSW's Visitor Economy Policy Committee, so he sees how AI is landing across tourism and hospitality businesses well beyond his own operation. The session runs the same way he runs the cafes: AI automation that builds value and capacity in your people.
