A live demonstration of the practical application of effective AI in local small business.
Saving time with AI
Using AI to draft emails, create social media content, write reports, summarise documents, and automate repetitive tasks.
Marketing and customer engagement
Creating social media posts, website content, advertising copy, customer FAQs, and personalised communications using AI.
Writing effective prompts
Learning how to ask AI the right questions to get useful, accurate and business-focused results.
Risks, limitations and best practice
Understanding privacy, copyright, fact-checking, protecting business information, and when human oversight is essential.

This workshop is suitable for small businesses and sole traders in any industry, as well as community groups and events. Even if you have no AI experience or you are tackling higher level issues - this session is for you.
