Start your Friday mornings with a balanced yoga class at Clark Park, Milsons Point, surrounded by nature and breathtaking views of the Harbour Bridge.

Reserve your spot and join every Friday at 7am for a refreshing and down-to-earth practice designed to bring connection, mindfulness, and balance to your day.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, these small-group classes are open to all levels, and created with a spirit of nurturing and community. Everyone is welcome!

Led by me, Anne-Lynn, an enthusiastic yoga teacher dedicated to creating a compassionate and inclusive environment, these classes are a safe space for you to explore, grow, and connect with yoga beyond the physical asanas. Facilitating curiosity about yoga’s holistic aspects is close to my heart, and I’m excited to share this journey with you. Together, we’ll embrace the many benefits yoga can bring to your life in a way that feels personal and meaningful.

Class Details

What to Bring

  • 🧘‍♀️ A yoga mat or towel (the grass may be damp in the morning)
  • 👕 Comfortable clothing that allows free movement
  • 💧 A water bottle to stay hydrated
  • 🧥 An extra layer to stay cosy during Savasana

In Case of Bad Weather

Your comfort and safety are a top priority. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the class will be held online. You’ll be notified at least 24 hours in advance if the format changes. If the online format doesn’t work for you, you may reschedule for a future class at no additional cost. Please refer to the refund policy for full details.
