Rest, Regulate & Reset: Nervous System Foundations & Mobile Sauna Experience

Join us in the serene Megalong Valley for a transformative afternoon dedicated to nervous system regulation, community, and heat therapy.

Brought to you by The Present Paramedic in collaboration with Sauna Bastu, this unique gathering combines practical, evidence-based education with the deeply relaxing benefits of a mobile sauna right beside a peaceful creek.

While this workshop is tailored with paramedics and first responders in mind, it is warmly open to everyone, whether you work on the front lines or simply want to learn effective ways to regulate your nervous system.

What to Expect

In high-stress environments and fast-paced everyday life, understanding how to navigate stress and bring your body back into balance is essential.

This intimate group session is a foundational class designed to give you both theoretical understanding and direct experiential learning around nervous system regulation. You’ll walk away with actionable techniques to help manage stress, soothe your nervous system, and build daily resilience.

Following the workshop, immerse yourself in the soothing heat of Sauna Bastu, a mobile wood-fired sauna nestled along the creek and take a dip in the natural waters to cool off and reset.
